Hospitalization Expenses (Accident): Up to $5,000 / $7,500 per policy year
Daily Hospital Income: $50 / $75 per day (up to 60 days per accident)
Mobility Aids: Up to $500 / $1,000 per policy year
Physiotherapy and Psychiatric Therapy: Up to $1,000 / $2,000 per policy year
Personal Liability: Up to $5,000 per policy year
Accidental Death and Permanent Disability: Up to $30,000 / $60,000 in lifetime
Premium Waiver: Up to 5 years if parent passes away due to accident
The yearly premium is affordable and depends on the plan you choose:
These premiums are for children from 15 days to 30 years old and include 9% GST.
If your child falls and breaks an arm: Outpatient and hospital expenses would be covered, you'd receive daily hospital income if hospitalization is required, and follow-up physiotherapy would be covered.
If your child contracts one of the covered infectious diseases: Medical expenses would be covered up to the plan limit. Coverage starts 14 days after the policy begins.
If you (the parent) are permanently disabled due to an accident: You'd receive a lump sum payout, and your child's coverage would continue even if you can't work.
